U.P B.Ed Counselling 2019

The U.P B.Ed joint entrance examination was conducted on 15th April 2019 by M.J.P. Rohilkhand University for admission. Qualified aspirants invited to participate in the counselling Process from the first week of June. Detailed counselling dates will be displayed on their official website. Counselling will be held in 3 rounds which are first counselling, Pool counselling and direct admission. The counselling would be divided into phases on the basis of aspirant’s state rank. Only candidates falling within the announced state rank range would be able to participate in that particular phase. The detailed phase wise schedule would be declared before the counselling. U.P B.Ed counselling process 2019

Go through all the details regarding the counselling procedure mentioned below. The counselling will be held in 2 phases – First counselling and pool counselling.

First counselling

• First, you have to register for UP B.Ed counselling 2019.
• Candidates have to Submit fee of Rs.5750/-(Counseling Fee Rs 750/- and Advance Rs 5000/-) in online mode.
• Students will be given 2 to 3 days for choice filling in the form. Aspirants can fill choices at home if they have a good internet connection.
• After the choice filling, the choices of candidates shall be processed and the announcement of college allotment based on the merit list, reservation and choice filling.
• Candidates original documents of academic qualifications and other credentials will be verified at the counselling centre.
• The aspirant shall have to submit the balance fees by online payment, e-challan etc.
• The candidates who didn’t get colleges as per choice filled by them, they are required to visit counselling centres to collect the draft of Rs 5000/-, submitted by the candidates.
• Aspirant who get selected should report and join their respective colleges within five days of issuance of the confirmation letter.
• Candidates are required to visit the counselling centre only on the Day/Date according to their rank.
• Candidates are required to bring all the original documents and a set of photocopies of documents at the time of admission in college . 

Pool counselling

• The seat, which is left vacant will be filled by the procedure of the Pool Counselling.
• An aspirant who has not participated in the first round or were not allotted any seat or who were not able to take admission in any allotted seat in the first round will be eligible to attend the pool round counselling.
• The whole procedure is same as of the first round.
• After all the procedures of the pool round, he/ she will have to report to the allotted college along with the required documents.

Direct admission

The aspirant who was not allotted any seat in first two UP B.Ed counseling, they can take Direct  Admission in Colleges. Counselling will conduct on College Level. The candidate who have State Rank, they can Take Part. After Verification from University, admission will be provided.
